Cancellation Policy
If you are to cancel your appointment within 48 hours or no show, your deposit will be non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with your hair please contact me about adjustments within 72 hours of your appointment. If you wait longer the service will be charged as normal. Adjustments are only covered when it is a mistake on my end, not if you are unhappy with what you asked for. Thank you for understanding!
